Santa brought the U-draw studio and Pictionary for Wii for Christmas, God bless him.Using the stylus takes some getting used to. It doesn't always react exactly as expected, and it can be a challenge for new players to learn how to make it work properly. Once you get the hang of it, though, no problem.

We've always enjoyed Pictionary and Pictionary Jr. and both are included on the game. Being familiar with how the game's played, we wondered how we'd be able to do "all play" when there's only one drawing pad: only one team draws, whoever's currently controlling play. It's do-able but tough if you're playing with a crowd, since the artist is both drawing AND listening while every player shouts out possible answers.

We have a 6 year old (1st grade, early reader) and a 10 year old. Both can play and have a definite shot at winning the game. There is some reading involved, but if the artist can't read the word, she can press "new clue" to try something else.
